10 minutes prep + 8-10 hours

Ingredients:
5 chicken thighs
1 yellow pepper, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1 onion, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1 can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup sweet paprika
2 tsp. black pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup water
8 oz. boiled egg noodles
Make Dinner:
Place chicken, yellow pepper, onion, tomatoes, garlic, paprika, black pepper, bouillon and water in slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
Just before serving, boil egg noodles in 2 quarts of water according to package directions, about 12 minutes. Serve chicken and vegetables over pasta.
